    Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Real Estate Team Laguna Beach, California About Us We’re a boutique luxury real estate team based in Laguna Beach, representing distinctive properties and offering a client experience rooted in creativity, professionalism, and exceptional service. Our marketing reflects not only the beauty of the homes we represent but also the personality and integrity of our brand. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is both creative and organized, someone who understands the art of storytelling through social media and marketing, enjoys collaborating in a small, dynamic team environment, and takes pride in thoughtful execution and attention to detail. The Role In this role, you’ll manage and create marketing content across digital, print, and social platforms. From developing posts and videos to updating the website and coordinating email campaigns, you’ll help ensure our brand remains consistent, refined, and engaging across every channel. Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business. • Create and schedule engaging posts 5–7 times per week, including short-form video content (2–3 reels/shorts weekly) and daily stories. • Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. • Repurpose existing content from events, community highlights, and property videos. • Review analytics to track engagement and performance. Brand & Online Presence • Keep our website fresh and aligned with our brand. • Oversee SEO updates and Google Analytics tracking. • Coordinate digital and print advertising and ensure a cohesive brand identity. • Support sponsorships and local partnerships that enhance community visibility. Email & Property Marketing • Create and distribute weekly e-cards, monthly newsletters, and property announcements. • Highlight new listings, open houses, and recent sales in creative, visually appealing ways. Team Support • Share marketing materials and updates with team members through Basecamp (or similar tools). • Assist with additional marketing projects as needed to support the team’s goals. Qualifications: • 2+ years of marketing experience (real estate, lifestyle, or design-related field preferred). • Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and algorithms. • Proficient in design tools, specifically Canva. • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools is a plus. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
