Job Description
Assist the property Director of Marketing with all administrative tasks needed to successfully accomplish all marketing plans and programs. Provide project management functions to ensure tasks of Marketing team members are completed on time. Open virtual ticket jobs for marketing programs including advertising, direct marketing creative, promotions, events, digital marketing, data analyses, and more. Compile monthly, quarterly and annual key marketing metrics to assist in the performance management of the Marketing department. Provide all administrative support functions for the Marketing Department Team Members.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
