    Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty, one of the leaders in North Central Pennsylvania real estate, is seeking someone who wants to integrate their creative marketing expertise with the technical aspects of modern marketing tools. With over 60 agents and 6 offices in Williamsport, Lock Haven, Lewisburg, Danville, Wellsboro, and Muncy Valley, we service 11 North Central PA counties. Responsibilities: Marketing and Agent Support: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Assist agents with CRM platforms and contact collection. • Design various marketing materials, such as custom flyers, postcards, and graphics. • Meet regularly with agents and staff to ensure their needs are met. • Prepare and present a marketing training session for agents monthly. • Manage a third-party commercial marketing platform by coordinating a weekly rotation of property listings to maximize advertising exposure. AI and Marketing Innovation • Identify and implement emerging AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and generative image tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creative output. • Provide a mix of direct services (such as generating listing descriptions and visual assets) and educating agents on how to leverage these tools for their own business growth. Content Development: • Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including print advertising, social media, billboards, and print materials. • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to generate valuable and relevant content. • Manage the company e-card program for agents. • Develop and manage digital and print materials to support the Broker and Sales Manager in business development and recruiting efforts. Brand Management: • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communication materials. • Learn proprietary tools and systems and train others to use and maximize efficiency. Other Duties: • Answering phones and scheduling appointments. • Travel to other office locations bi-weekly. • Assist agents and staff with technical assistance with computers, printers, and phones. Qualifications: Successful candidates should have at least 2 years experience using the following: • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat • Canva • Microsoft Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Photo/Video Editing Tools • Drop Box Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
