Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and analytical skills to support our marketing department in executing projects and achieving results.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports.
Maintain and update marketing databases and content libraries.
Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and company presentations.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer insights.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Manage scheduling and logistics of marketing meetings and activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
