    MARKETING COORDINATOR

    (Full-Time Remote Position)

    This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States. Please note that, due to business and regulatory requirements, we are currently unable to consider applications from residents of California.

    This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated marketing professional who wants to develop their skills and join a growing marketing and sales team with a passion for serving the nonprofit sector. As a team member of Chazin – a premier provider of virtual outsourced accounting services for nonprofit organizations – the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth in specific geographic regions as well as existing and new micro-verticals. __

    Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

    The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the execution of the marketing strategy at the direction of the Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have experience with digital email marketing, analytics, automation, lead generation, workflows, content creation, and experience with HubSpot. B2B experience is preferred. Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

    • Conceptualize and execute email marketing campaigns using the full suite of HubSpot functionalities.
    • Setting up automations through HubSpot to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
    • Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions.
    • Craft compelling copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and other sales materials.
    • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign metrics, measuring success against KPIs.
    • Upload and maintain blog content on the company website using WordPress, ensuring consistency with brand tone and formatting guidelines.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as partners and clients, maintaining a professional demeanor to uphold and represent the Chazin brand.
    • Assist with the creation of client spotlights and case studies.
    • Enhance and communicate email marketing best practices across the organization.
    • Support the Business Development team with launching new email campaigns.
    • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
    • Create and maintain a marketing content calendar.

    Q ** ualifications of the Marketing Coordinator:**

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on email marketing and content creation (e.g., email copy, blog posts)
    • Proven success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation workflows
    • Proficiency in HubSpot (certifications a plus) and content management systems, preferably WordPress
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
    • Motivated by high performance and exceeding expectations

    Compensation:

    The salary range for this position is $50,000 – 65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and support opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
