Marketing Coordinator - Chiropractic/Wellness - Downers Grove
Korwitts Chiropractic is seeking an on-site, part-time marketer to join our team. You must be adept at turning content into attention—and attention into booked appointments. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience with online marketing (with an additional interest in on-site/community marketing), someone who understands how to create and present engaging content to attract the attention of potential patients... and isn’t afraid to grab a camera and capture and edit clinic video or get out into the community with the goal of networking and making our healthcare and wellness brand stand out. In addition to working with social media platforms, you will be doing eBlasts, assisting our professionals with podcasts, interviewing patients, creating blogs and newsletters, and making contacts with like-minded local businesses. This Is NOT a Fit If You: • Only repost templated content • Avoid analytics or performance tracking • Prefer purely remote work with no on-site presence (you will be working on-site a majority of the time) • Don’t enjoy fast-moving, creative environments Why Korwitts Chiropractic? • Established, respected, family-practice clinic with deep community roots • Owner-led, collaborative environment • Creative freedom to experiment and grow • Opportunity to directly impact clinic growth and visibility • Long-term potential for the right person Position: Part-time (or contractor) could grow to Full-time Location: Hybrid – primarily on-site + field + minimal remote Hours: 12-20 hours a week to start on-site in Downers Grove Compensation: Based on experience and scope Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Own and execute online marketing strategy across: • Instagram • Facebook • TikTok • YouTube (short + long form) • Create, capture, and edit high-quality video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, patient-education clips, brand storytelling) • Develop content designed to go viral, increase reach, and attract leads • Manage and optimize website content (SEO-aware copy, landing pages, blogs, eBlasts, calls-to-action) • Do outreach to appropriate vendors for product visibility within the clinic space... to include local creatives and small business owners • Create informational newsletters and eBooks on a variety of topics • Work collaboratively with the clinic owner to align marketing with promotions, services, and growth goals • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly Participate in on-site marketing : • Videoing in the clinic • Community outreach • Local events, partnerships, and promotions • Support field marketing efforts that connect digital campaigns to real-world visibility Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation , preferably for a local or service-based business involving wellness, natural health, etc. • Writing capability Strong working knowledge of WordPress , including: • Editing and updating website pages • Managing blog content • Optimizing on-page SEO (headlines, meta descriptions, internal links) • Working with themes, plugins, and basic troubleshooting Proficiency across major social media platforms: • Instagram • Facebook • TikTok • YouTube • Ability to capture, edit, and publish video content for multiple platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, long-form video) • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and viral content strategy • Experience creating marketing content that drives engagement and leads • Basic SEO and website content strategy knowledge • Have know-how around eBook creation, podcasts, etc. • Comfortable working both on-site and in the field to capture real-time content • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and bring creative ideas forward • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Knowing how to oversee podcasts Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
