Job Description
A marketing coordinator is needed for a large dental office and dental assisting school in Flower Mound. A background in the dental industry is not required.
This talented individual will develop content for social media platforms, YouTube, and our websites. When patients seek a dental office, we want to appear on their "radar."
The dental office also has an education program for dental assistants. The marketing coordinator will promote the school online. Plus, they will edit and create supplemental materials to augment the current curriculum.
We have accounts on all the major platforms, plus Google business profiles. We need someone to organize, create, and carry out a more consistent marketing campaign.

Qualifications:
Digital Marketing: 2 years

Actions and skills needed:
- Social media. Post content 2-3 times weekly on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We use Canva to design our posts.
- Google Business. Maintain Google Business profiles and make changes as necessary.
- Google Ads: Run digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Analytics. Generate reports from Google and social media platforms to measure the success of campaign efforts.
- Video production. The office has video and audio equipment needed to capture content. Video content includes subjects such as patient education, staff training, patient testimonials, office fun events, and anything "reel-worthy" on social media.
- Video editing. Proficient with Final Cut Pro X and other Mac apps to create a quality product. This also includes maintaining storage organization.
- Website maintenance. We use Kajabi to host our websites. The applicant should be able to make tweaks to keep the site up-to-date, such as updating new staff members' photos. Plus, maintain SEO.
- YouTube Channel: Manage our three YouTube channels with a combined total of 200+ videos. Optimize videos with descriptions, thumbnails, links, and hashtags.
- Willing to learn, expand, and be creative.
A sample workload for a week might look like this:
- Post one video per week with closed captioning. The piece aims to market the office or address patient education topics.
- Post one article/blog post per week.
- Post 3-4 times on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Generate metrics reports from social media platforms and Google
- Upload content to the website and organize it.
- Upload videos to YouTube with SEO optimization.
- Meet with staff members to gather information for content creation.
- Make supplemental material such as Keynote slides, printed brochures, and QR codes.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
Flexible schedule
Schedule:
- Pick two to three days a week from Monday - Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
