About Us Dance Without Limits is a welcoming, recreational dance community serving over 750 students across two locations. We believe dance should be joyful, inclusive, and accessible for children and adults of all abilities. With a growing student base and new programs launching regularly, we’re excited to add a Marketing Coordinator to our team.
The Role We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to help grow our studio and connect with families in the Greenville + Simpsonville communities. This role is part strategy, part execution — blending creative campaigns with analytics — and plays a key part in shaping how families discover and experience DWL.
Key Responsibilities
Increase studio growth by 10% greater than our existing growth rate and double enrollment in our Simpsonville location by August 2026
Collaborate with the Owner to develop and implement yearly and monthly marketing plans
Research audiences and competitors to refine strategy and stay ahead of trends
Manage the studio’s brand presence through social media, website optimization, paid ads, and community events
Partner with program directors and teachers on seasonal campaigns and promotions
Track engagement and analyze campaign results to drive enrollment growth
Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are used effectively
Coordinate with designers and marketing partners to create flyers, schedules, and promotional pieces
Keep in-studio communications fresh, clear, and on-brand
Occasionally design fun, limited-edition DWL merchandise

Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of small business marketing experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; graphic design skills a plus
Experience with Canva, Google Drive, Excel, Asana, and CRMs preferred
Analytical mindset with budgeting and reporting experience
Positive, proactive, and self-motivated — able to work independently
Collaborative spirit, with respect for the creative process of others
Alignment with DWL’s mission and values (dance experience not required!)
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, approx. 20 hrs/week, Monday–Thursday
Flexible hours; majority remote/work from home
$25–$30 per hour, plus:
Semesterly bonuses

Reports to: Studio Owner
Direct report: Social Media Coordinator
Collaborates with: Director of Operations, Office Manager, Enrollment Coordinator, community partners
