Position Summary **
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Schedule: Full-time at Dedicated IT HQ
Salary: $17-22/hr **
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator at Dedicated IT plays a critical support role within a fast-growing healthcare IT marketing team. This position assists with event execution, campaign coordination, CRM management, content support, and day-to-day marketing operations that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines , including events, sales enablement, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Show & Event Support
Support logistics for conferences, trade shows, and company events, including:
Hotel room blocks and attendee registrations
Ordering electrical, internet, and booth services
Shipping materials to and from event venues
Assist with event timelines, checklists, and internal coordination to ensure smooth execution
Help prepare event materials such as signage, giveaways, mailers, and booth collateral
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
Manage Amazon Business and vendor orders for marketing and event materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain marketing inventory and assist with organization of event supplies and assets
Support internal marketing processes, documentation, and SOPs
CRM & Sales Enablement (HubSpot)
Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot), including:
Cleansing contact and company records
Supporting list preparation for sequences and events
Ensuring data accuracy to improve sales outreach effectiveness
Outreach Support
Prepare and distribute physical mailers to prospective clients, including:
Company catalogs
Personalized representative introductions
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with (or interest in learning):
HubSpot or other CRM/marketing platforms
Event coordination or trade show support
Sales Enablement
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Event support is executed smoothly with accurate logistics and on-time materials
CRM data is clean, organized, and reliable for sales and marketing teams
Strong time-management and productivity, with ability to write and pack 60-100 mailers per day (when necessary)
The Marketing Coordinator continuously expands their skill set and takes on increased responsibility over time
