Job Overview:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing multichannel marketing strategies that further marketplace awareness and overall revenue growth for Fulton Grace Realty and its robust community of agents. In this role, you will meet with brokers to assess their marketing needs, helping them create personalized marketing strategies and materials to support their brand growth. Additionally, you will create and curate compelling content across a variety of channels and formats (website, social, email, video, brochures, hard mailers, etc.) for Fulton Grace’s corporate marketing initiatives, help manage corporate channels, and regularly analyze performance metrics. Your end goal is to implement smart and cohesive campaigns alongside the Strategy Team Lead and Director of Marketing that compel engagement and action among the key audiences for corporate and agent marketing initiatives. Attendance and participation in company events to capture agent and/or corporate content may be necessary.
Marketing Strategy:
Work alongside the Director of Marketing to implement multichannel marketing campaigns that benefit the overarching Fulton Grace brand.
Collaborate with agents to understand their individual branding and marketing goals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for real estate agents, tailored to their unique target audiences and objectives.
Write marketing copy and content that ensures consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.
Shoot and edit UGC style video content for use in corporate marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM systems.
Project Management:
Coordinate marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance goals are met.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure deliverables are on track.
Ensure that all marketing projects are executed efficiently and aligned with company standards.
Performance Analytics:
Utilize a variety of analytics tools across channels and media formats to track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates, CPM, CPA, etc.)
Translate data into actionable insights to improve content and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in multichannel marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, inclusive of ad strategy and execution (SEA, display, video, OOH, social).
Experience with organic social media management and strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hubspot) and general marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite insights, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have; Professional videography pre-production, production, and post-production.
