    Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a knack for keeping projects on track and getting things done? Fix-It Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team and help bring our campaigns to life across TV, radio, social media, direct mail, and billboards along with our 7 professional sports partnerships across 5 markets (Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, Tucson and Charleston, SC).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across TV, radio, social media, direct mail, and billboard channels, ensuring alignment with Fix-It Group's brand and strategic goals.

    Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors (e.g., media agencies, printers, production teams) and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project components.

    Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and proactively address roadblocks to keep initiatives on track and within deadlines.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Communications and internal digital marketing specialists to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless integration of campaigns across all platforms.

    Communication: Provide proactive, clear, and consistent updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

    Budget and Resource Coordination: Monitor campaign budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.

    Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights to the Vice President and marketing team for continuous improvement.

    Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining organized documentation for all marketing projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

    • Persistent and diplomatic in managing relationships and ensuring project deliverables are met.

    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Familiarity with marketing channels (TV, radio, social media, direct mail, billboards) is a plus.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience working with creative teams or agencies.

    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

    • Strong negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.

    What You'll Do:

    • Assist with planning and ensuring the execution of marketing campaigns under the direct guidance of our Vice President, along with our CEO while collaborating with our Director of Communications, digital marketing specialists and each market's General Manager.

    • Keep projects on schedule by managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring all deliverables are met with precision.

    • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and fostering alignment to drive initiatives across the finish line.

    • Manage budgets, resources, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

    Who You Are:

    • A highly organized individual with 2+ years of experience in marketing or project coordination.

    • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, capable of managing relationships with vendors and internal teams.

    • Persistent and diplomatic, with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and meeting deadlines.

    • Detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

    • Familiar with marketing channels and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field for 2+years.

    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Experience with TV, radio, social media, direct mail, or billboard campaigns is a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $60,000-$70,000 per year depending on experience
    • Hybrid schedule (in office and remote)
