Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing company.
Responsibilities
· Implementing office goals
· Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.
· Establish and grow a target market share.
· Conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives.
· Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events.
· Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
· Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review.
· Increase the existing number of new patients by way of referral management, and or Google campaigns.
· Design and produce print materials/flyers/posters.
· Assisting HR with employee engagement.
· Planning the company Christmas party and assisting with employee events like the company sporting outing.
· Assisting offices with marketing as needed.
· Setting up websites for new practices
· Handling all marketing aspects of new practices and existing practices, i.e. ordering referral pads, letter heads, prepping logos
· Organize Christmas marketing
· Manage a yearly marketing calendar for the offices
· Utilize OMS software for referrals and organize quarterly referral review meetings with doctors.
· Overseeing Inteveo texting services and reviews.
· Growing our online social media presence
· Manage all company review platforms.
· Marketing new doctors to referrals out in the field
· Network with other local dental offices to exchange referrals.
· Hosting and or Coordinating Charity Events
· Other duties as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
· Education level: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of professional marketing experience
· Job related/industry experience: none
· Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and company operational systems, social media, word processing, image creation, SEO tools, and content management systems.
· Physical requirements: mostly walking, talking, standing, and updating information in computer systems Dental experience a plus
