    We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing many hats, enjoys both creative and detail-oriented work, and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a small-but-mighty marketing team.

    You'll support both our B2B industrial coatings business and our retail stores. From executing social posts to organizing product labels to leveraging ZoomInfo for prospecting, you'll help bring ideas to life while ensuring day-to-day marketing tasks run smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities **


    ** Content Management & Light Writing

    Write, format, and upload blog and email content
    Repurpose existing content into short LinkedIn posts, email snippets, or visuals
    Pull insights from webinars to create social or email content

    Customer Loyalty Marketing

    Assist with creating and executing an ongoing customer loyalty marketing program
    Execute NPS survey and compile results through Survey Monkey
    Coordinate and execute testimonial and review interviews to strengthen brand trust
    Help turn interviews into content for blog, email, sales assets, or social channels

    ZoomInfo Prospecting

    Leverage ZoomInfo's platform tools to identify and research potential prospects
    Build and maintain targeted contact lists that align with the company's ideal customer profile
    Collaborate with the sales team to share relevant prospect insights and opportunities
    Support lead generation efforts by providing accurate, up-to-date prospect data

    Event Execution

    Assist with tradeshow logistics
    Coordinate pre- and post-show communication plan
    Manage planning and execution for company events

    Website Maintenance

    Assist with keeping pages and product information current for both retail and business website

    HubSpot Support

    Write, create, and schedule email campaigns
    Build lists or basic reports as needed
    Help sales when needed

    Asset Library Maintenance

    Organize and maintain marketing files such as sales sheets and product labels
    Ensure the sales team has access to the latest collateral

    Process Documentation

    Own work instructions for marketing department and create/update as needed

    What We're Looking For

    2–4 years of marketing experience or equivalent training
    Strong writing and editing skills
    Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools
    Comfort with tools like HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform), ZoomInfo, Survey Monkey, and WordPress/CMS systems
    Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight

    Experience in manufacturing, retail, or B2B/B2C hybrid environments a plus.
