    Position Summary

    We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator with a strong creative eye, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the drive to lead brand strategy in a growing real estate business. This is a career-track role, not a support role. You will not simply post on social media; you will lead the creative process behind how our listings, agents, events, and brand are seen, shared, and remembered.

    We’re looking for someone who can concept, capture, and create content that elevates the home buying and selling journey. From new listing videos to agent recognition, from open house promotions to community billboard campaigns, you’ll be behind the camera and the design, shaping how our brand shows up in the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Visual Content Creation

    • Lead the creation of photo and video content that showcases our listings, team, clients, and community

    • Capture lifestyle-based media: walkthroughs, closings, agent interviews, community shots, events, and milestones

    • Produce short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook

    • Edit and polish content with a focus on visual consistency, brand tone, and high engagement value

    2. Social Media Strategy and Execution

    • Own the day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content calendars

    • Write clear, high-performing captions aligned with visual media and marketing goals

    • Maintain a consistent posting rhythm for new listings, under contract celebrations, agent spotlights, events, and market insights

    • Implement strategy for increasing organic reach, impressions, and engagement across platforms

    3. Brand and Graphic Design

    • Design branded marketing materials for social media, events, signage, agent awards, and team announcements

    • Create visually cohesive campaign assets that align with seasonal promotions, builder initiatives, or community partnerships

    • Oversee consistency across all channels and touch-points, from a feed post to a billboard

    4. Events and Promotional Support

    • Develop and execute marketing collateral for team-hosted events such as broker luncheons, open houses, and community appreciation days

    • Manage all visual promotion including RSVP pages, teaser content, signage, and recap media

    • Collaborate with leadership on brand activation at live events and local sponsorships

    5. Creative Leadership

    • Proactively pitch content ideas, storytelling campaigns, and creative angles to keep the brand innovative and relevant

    • Direct the visual messaging of agent onboarding, listing launches, milestone recognitions, and marketing campaigns

    • Act as the visual brand steward—ensuring all published content reflects a consistent standard of excellence

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of professional marketing experience , preferably in lifestyle, real estate, or visual content fields

    • Photography and videography experience is HIGHLY preferred : DSLR or mirrorless camera, lighting basics, editing software

    • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and how to build for each

    • Ability to manage visual campaigns from concept to post, including design and copy

    • Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Suite a plus)

    • Excellent visual judgment, writing clarity, and brand alignment

    • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced industry

    Preferred but Not Required

    • Real estate or new construction marketing experience

    • Drone or cinematic video background

    • Graphic design portfolio including event and brand assets

    • Public-facing or client interaction experience (e.g. directing on-camera agents or clients)
