    Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

    Reports To: Leadership Team

    Location: 650 Broadway, Malden, MA

    Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary, based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities tied to lead generation, marketing performance, and company growth objectives.

    Job Summary

    Halco is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to oversee and execute the company's day-to-day marketing activities. This role is responsible for managing digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, events, community outreach, content creation, vendor relationships, and marketing reporting.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creative and administrative responsibilities, and can independently manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail. This position focuses on execution and coordination while working closely with ownership to support the company's growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

    Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns and performance.

    Track website traffic, lead generation, and campaign analytics.

    Coordinate website updates, blog content, and landing pages.

    Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and lead conversion.

    Assist with development of lead magnets, guides, and customer resources.

    Email Marketing & Content

    Manage email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp.

    Monitor subscriber growth and engagement metrics.

    Create and distribute newsletters, announcements, and promotional campaigns.

    Repurpose project content, blogs, and customer success stories across marketing channels.

    Social Media Management

    Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.

    Source project photos, videos, and customer testimonials.

    Create and schedule content across company platforms.

    Monitor engagement and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Events & Community Engagement

    Coordinate and participate in home shows, community events, and trade shows.

    Manage event registrations, logistics, staffing, and materials.

    Coordinate booth setup, displays, and promotional items.

    Research and recommend sponsorship opportunities that align with company values and growth goals.

    Marketing Materials & Vendor Coordination

    Coordinate creation and production of brochures, signage, banners, apparel, and promotional items.

    Maintain relationships with photographers, printers, promotional vendors, and marketing partners.

    Ensure marketing materials remain current, professional, and on-brand.

    Project Closeout & Client Experience Support

    Coordinate project photography for completed projects.

    Assist with client appreciation gifts and project closeout initiatives.

    Help collect testimonials, reviews, and referral opportunities.

    Reporting & Administration

    Track marketing performance and key metrics.

    Prepare monthly marketing reports for ownership.

    Monitor marketing budgets and vendor expenses.

    Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, and documentation.

    Qualifications

    Required

    2+ years of marketing, communications, event coordination, or project management experience.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

    Preferred

    Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.

    Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

    Experience with website content management systems.

    Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

    Experience in residential construction, remodeling, home services, or related industries.
