Execute the casino’s social media calendar across all active platforms by scheduling posts, reels, and stories in alignment with brand voice and compliance requirements.
Monitor all social media channels daily; respond to guest messages, comments, and inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
Capture original content on casino property, including photos and short-format video, ensuring brand-safe and compliant usage.
Track social media analytics and provide weekly recap reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm content opportunities and ideas.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and content requests for social features and highlights.
Ensure all content adheres to casino brand standards, regulatory requirements, and PGCB marketing guidelines.
Perform other marketing-related duties and projects as needed.
