    Kalco Lighting is a Las Vegas based company with global footprint with our own manufacturing facilities in China and Philippines. We design, manufacture and sell decorative lighting products to retail stores, interior designers, and eCommerce retailers under Kalco Lighting and Allegri Crystal brands (www.kalco.com). We also produce and sell custom lighting for high end residential and hospitality projects across the world.

    Kalco is currently seeking to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator to support and facilitate our marketing campaigns by managing various tasks such as content creation, social media management, data analysis and event planning and coordination. This person will be self-motivated and will have the ability to get results through others by collaborating and forging relationships.

    The responsibilities include:

    1. Writing and editing content to describe product features and benefits, tell a story behind the inspiration and highlighting unique artisan creativity and/or material properties to differentiate Kalco products in marketing materials, website copy, blog posts, social media content and email campaigns.

    2. Create content to provide training to customers and sales teams using webinars, in-person seminars and events at the company showrooms and at customer events.

    3. Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, lunch and learn, CEU training seminars and the like. Coordinate showroom set-up, product merchandising and tagging to prepare for the trade shows.

    4. Collaborate with our PR firm to assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, evaluate the performance of the campaigns and report on results to make improvements.

    5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely availability of materials needed for product launches, including but not limited to printed catalogs, brochures, print and digital advertisements, branded websites and selling tools such as eCat.

    6. Maintain a marketing calendar to coordinate all relevant activities and to keep the projects on track.

    7. Analyze sales data, customer behavior and market trends to inform business decisions.

    8. Collaborate with the management team to review and update marketing strategies to increase sales, encourage customer engagement and improve overall customer experience.

    9. Develop and implement marketing strategies and social media presence in collaboration with our marketing and PR partners.

    Qualifications:

    1. An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or business management and 1-3 years of relevant experience.

    2. Proven experience in marketing or other areas of business that demonstrate the capability to produce results under pressure.

    3. Strong project management skills – including managing multiple projects, managing timelines and working under pressure to reach goals.

    4. Proficient with current technologies (content Management, CRM/ERP software, Social Media platforms) as well as data analysis tools.

    5. Creativity in developing marketing campaigns to stay ahead of competition and changing market conditions.

    6. Interpret data, track and evaluate performance of the marketing campaigns to determine impact and make data driven decisions.

    7. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to create compelling content to develop marketing tools.
