    Marketing Coordinator

    Minnesota (Hybrid) | $65,000 - $75,000+ | Direct Hire 

    This opportunity is with a growing company in the wastewater and environmental solutions industry seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee its marketing function. With no existing marketing department, this role offers the opportunity to step in as the primary marketing leader responsible for strategy, branding, and campaign execution while supporting the sales team’s business development efforts. The position will work closely with company leadership to expand market presence, generate new client opportunities, and strengthen industry visibility. This role is well-suited for a self-directed marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution, with the opportunity to grow into a larger marketing leadership role as the company continues to expand.

    Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

    • Develop marketing materials including trade show graphics, brochures, handouts, and digital marketing content.
    • Coordinate regional trade shows and industry events in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Manage digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn and other social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
    • Support company branding initiatives including updates to marketing materials and technology branding.
    • Assist with website updates and digital content management.
    • Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the marketplace.
    • Support inside sales activities including reporting, documentation, and CRM updates.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept through execution.
    • Maintain organization and consistency across marketing materials, branding, and company documentation.

    Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of marketing experience in a B2B or technical industry environment.
    • Experience developing and executing marketing initiatives that support sales and business development teams.
    • Strong writing, communication, and creative skills including experience developing presentations and marketing collateral.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a broad marketing scope in a growing organization.
    • Exposure to coordinating vendors, agencies, or external partners for marketing initiatives.
    • Exposure to water, wastewater, environmental, engineering, or industrial industries is strongly preferred.
