    We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Leasing Agent who enjoys both marketing and working with people. This position combines digital marketing, lead generation, advertising, social media, and listing management with leasing activities such as responding to prospects, conducting tours, and helping residents through the application and move-in process.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a direct impact on occupancy, marketing performance, and resident experience.

    Marketing & Lead Generation

    Manage apartment listings across multiple marketing platforms

    Maintain and improve Apartments.com, AppFolio, and other online listings

    Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content

    Develop marketing graphics, flyers, signage, and promotional materials

    Manage digital advertising and lead generation efforts

    Support SEO initiatives and online visibility

    Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements

    Maintain Google Business Profiles, coordinate website updates, and support online reputation management

    Coordinate photographers, vendors, and marketing assets

    Support marketing efforts for new property openings and special initiatives

    Leasing & Occupancy Support

    Respond to prospective resident inquiries

    Schedule and conduct property tours

    Assist applicants through the leasing process

    Process applications and lease documents

    Assist with lease renewals and transfers

    Coordinate with property managers regarding vacancy preparation and unit readiness

    Assist with move-in, move-out, and unit inspections as needed

    Support occupancy goals across the portfolio

    What We're Looking For

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Comfortable learning and utilizing software systems and technology

    Strong attention to detail

    Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

    Preferred Experience

    Marketing, advertising, social media, or graphic design experience

    Sales or customer service experience

    Experience with Google Business Profiles, social media management, or digital advertising

    Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus

    Work Schedule

    This is a full-time position based in Alexandria, Minnesota. Some travel between properties may be required. Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support leasing and marketing activities.
