    JOB SUMMARY

    MAP International is seeking a Marketing Coordinator that supports the successful execution of MAP marketing strategy by managing workflows. Serving as the central point of coordination, this role ensures alignment among internal teams and external partners and facilitates clear communication. With a focus on organization, efficiency, and collaboration, the Marketing Coordinator helps the marketing team deliver impactful work that advances MAP's mission and brand

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    DRIVE MARKETING EXECUTION:

    • Develop and maintain initiatives.
    • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity on roles, priorities, and expectations.
    • Monitor progress and address roadblocks. Effective coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
    • Document and report on status to keep leadership and team members informed of updates and changes.
    • Manage all administrative tasks for the marketing team.

    MANAGE CALENDARS AND TEAM ALIGNMENT:

    Update and maintain the marketing and company-wide hub to reflect all campaigns, events, and key milestones. Coordinate scheduling with internal teams and external partners to avoid conflicts and ensure alignment.

    • Monitor upcoming deadlines and provide timely reminders to keep initiatives on track.

    • Facilitate regular check-ins to confirm progress and adjust schedules as needed.

    COORDINATE INTERNAL STATEHOLDER REQUESTS:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for requests and inquiries.

    • Gather and clarify stakeholder needs to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.

    • Prioritize and route requests to appropriate team members for timely action.

    • Track and follow up on requests to ensure completion and provide status updates to stakeholders.

    GATHERAND MANAGE MARKETING CONTENT:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and collect relevant content, data, and information.

    • Manage digital assessment management system by entering all content and organizing.

    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of gathered materials to support clear and effective communication.

    • Organize and manage content submissions for easy access and timely use in marketing initiatives.

    Follow up proactively with stakeholders to obtain updates or additional information as needed

    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

    This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications and Public Relations and is a key member of the Marketing team within the Global Giving division. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams across the organization and manage external vendor relationships

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing with a proven track record of managing multiple complex initiatives and responsibilities.
    • Proficiency in various platforms: Microsoft Office suite

    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
    • Effective Communication skills to clearly and professionally communicate with diverse internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
