Marketing Coordinator

On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $50,000–$55,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL

About the Role You'll be the hands-on marketer on our team, working directly with our Marketing Manager and touching every part of how we reach clients. One day you're creating social posts and pulling ad results. The next you're updating a page on our website, building an email campaign, or getting materials ready for an event.

This isn't a management role, and you won't have a team reporting to you. It's for someone who wants to do the work across all of marketing — social, web, email, ads, and events — and likes a different mix every day. What You'll Do

• Create and schedule social content: posts, carousels, stories, and simple graphics in Canva
• Make updates on our WordPress sites, maimonelegal.com and movetotheusa.ca: new pages, popups, and small fixes
• Help build and launch our paid ads and marketing emails
• Put together webinar slides, client guides, and materials for events and partners
• Track campaign and ad results and pull together simple weekly reports
• Keep brand templates, assets, and our task board organized and moving
• Work with our designers and outside partners to get projects out the door

What We're Looking For

Required

• Hands-on marketing experience across more than one channel, from a job, internship, or agency
• Comfortable in WordPress: editing pages, adding content, small fixes
• Design skills in Canva or Adobe
• Organized and quick, and comfortable juggling several projects from a shared task board
• Clear, professional writing

Preferred

• Elementor experience
• Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, or Google Analytics experience
• Email marketing experience
• Uses AI tools for content, design, or web work
• Law firm or professional services background — helpful, but not required

Compensation $50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
