Responsibilities

Meritage Homes is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to participate in the implementation of division marketing support, including

• Updating website
• Ordering signage
• Managing collateral
• Printing collateral in house
• Assisting with Realtor Collateral and event coordination
• Referral Programs
• Coordinating direct mail
• Assisting with national initiatives
• Maintaining Graphic Library
• Preparing new community collateral preparation
• Grand Opening Events
• Providing correct and appropriate collateral
• Proofing collateral from Corporate and implementing marketing programs

#earlycareer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 + year of work experience in marketing field
• Homebuilding Industry experience preferred
• Requires the ability to deal effectively with internal customers and make decisions in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe Photoshop
• Detailed editing and proofing skills required as well as high motivation with proven judgment to plan and accomplish goals and meet deadlines
• MUST be able to work in a changing, challenging, and fast-paced environment
• Attendance may be required at some weekend and evening events
