Move Forward AZ is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to serve as a key driver of our marketing, client engagement, and team growth initiatives. In this role, you will support leadership, agents, and clients through strong systems, creative marketing, and exceptional execution. A key focus of this role is generating new client opportunities and supporting team growth through marketing, database engagement, and consistent communication with our sphere and broader network. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to create marketing that engages prospective clients, generates referrals, and drives new leads for the team. If you’re both a Creator and a Connector, someone who enjoys producing marketing content while also building meaningful relationships with clients, this role offers a high-impact opportunity to help drive the continued growth of our business. This role is ideal for someone who has worked inside a small business where you owned the marketing, from idea to execution, while enjoying connecting with clients and seeing your work directly contribute to the team’s growth. Compensation • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 • Paid Time Off • Paid Sick Leave • Performance-based bonus opportunity Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy, Content Creation & Brand Execution • Create and execute marketing initiatives that support the growth of the business and generate new leads. • Create and implement marketing campaigns that drive new client inquiries, referrals, and listing opportunities • Create marketing campaigns that support both client lead generation and agent recruiting efforts • Create and edit marketing content, including videos, graphics, email campaigns, and social media posts • Manage and execute team marketing initiatives, including newsletters, email drip campaigns, and sphere and client database communications • Create a new team website to distribute content and engage new contacts • Track and report ROI on marketing efforts • Create buyer and seller marketing materials, including brochures, guides, and digital resources • Maintain consistency of the team brand across all platforms and materials • Support marketing expenses tracking and coordination • Provide direction and oversight to the assistant content editor to ensure marketing content is accurate, high-quality, and delivered on schedule Digital Presence & Social Media • Manage and grow the team’s online presence and digital footprint. • Manage and post content across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business, and others • Plan and produce video content for listings, team marketing, and educational content • Coordinate filming, basic editing, and publishing across platforms • Track performance and engagement of digital marketing efforts • Update and maintain the team website and online profiles • Maintain an organized Google Drive and digital filing systems Client Database & Relationship Management • Maintain a highly organized and engaged client database that supports long-term relationships and repeat business. • Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness • Track and coordinate outreach for client birthdays, home anniversaries, and key milestones • Execute client engagement campaigns, including 36+ Touch programs • Prepare and coordinate client mailings, packages, and outreach campaigns • Identify opportunities to strengthen database engagement and follow-up systems Client Experience & Referral Generation • Help deliver a high-touch client experience that leads to referrals and long-term relationships. • Build relationships with past clients through thoughtful follow-up and communication, delivering on The Promise of our team • Coordinate client appreciation initiatives, including thank-you notes, gifts, and outreach • Gather and manage client testimonials and online reviews • Support leadership in maintaining an exceptional client experience throughout the client journey • Assist with client communication and service as needed Client & Community Events • Plan and coordinate client appreciation and community events that strengthen relationships and generate referral opportunities • Plan and coordinate client appreciation events • Manage vendors, venues, timelines, and budgets • Execute event marketing, invitations, and follow-up communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for event logistics • Track attendance and measure event effectiveness Listing & Transaction Marketing • Support the marketing of listings and transactions to ensure consistent, professional presentation. • Coordinate open house marketing and materials • Create feature maps, listing brochures, and marketing collateral • Prepare buyer and seller packets • Execute listing marketing plans, including: • Print and digital materials • Listing updates (price changes, back on market, agent bonuses, etc.) • Uploading listing photos and videos • Enhancing listings across platforms, including YouTube and third-party sites Team Recruiting • Support the team’s growth by helping attract and engage potential agent candidates through marketing, events, and follow-up systems. • Assist with marketing efforts designed to attract potential agents to the team • Create and manage recruiting-related marketing content , including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials • Help coordinate recruiting events, career nights, and informational sessions • Track and maintain the recruiting pipeline within the CRM • Assist leadership with follow-up communication and scheduling with prospective agents • Support the preparation of recruiting presentations, materials, and event logistics • Ensure recruiting marketing stays consistent with the team’s brand and growth strategy Technology & Systems • Serve as the team’s internal marketing and technology resource. • Manage and optimize CRM systems • Support team members with marketing and technology tools • Maintain organized systems for files, campaigns, and marketing assets • Continually learn and implement new systems, marketing platforms, and AI tools • Train agents and staff on systems and best practices when needed Qualifications: • Someone with small business marketing experience, where you truly did it all, strategy, content creation, execution, and reporting • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy and excited by learning new systems and tools • Comfortable producing video and digital marketing content • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong supporting the growth of both the client database and the team itself • Real estate experience is helpful but not required. Experience working within a small business environment is strongly preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
