Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current • Regularly update social media and respond to followers • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans • Execute the marketing vision and strategy set by the CEO, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. • Ensure brand consistency across all messaging, creative, and advertising materials. • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future initiatives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing vendors, agencies, and third-party partners. • Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure marketing deliverables are executed on time and within budget. • Collaborate with creative, digital, and media vendors to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts. • Evaluate and onboard new marketing partners that align with company goals. • Coordinate and oversee email marketing, paid advertising, social media, direct mail, and content marketing campaigns. • Work with vendors and internal teams to optimize SEO, PPC, social media, and lead generation strategies. • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution of initiatives. • Implement A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to improve marketing effectiveness. • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing strategies drive lead generation and conversion. • Align marketing efforts with business development and revenue objectives. • Communicate marketing performance updates to leadership. • Track key marketing performance metrics and generate reports for leadership. • Continuously refine marketing workflows for better efficiency and execution. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements. Qualifications: • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • Experience working with external vendors, marketing agencies, and third-party service providers. • Proven ability to execute marketing strategies and drive measurable results. • 1-3 years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or brand management, preferred. • Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. • Vendor Relations: Skilled in managing vendor performance, negotiations, and contract execution. • Marketing Strategy Execution: Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable marketing plans. • Data Analysis & Optimization: Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and improve marketing performance. • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, SEO, PPC, and digital ad platforms. • Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000
