Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in connecting the marketing, graphics, digital, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and passionate about driving marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: · Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team and leadership
· Assist the marketing manager with initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and engagement
· Collect, track, and analyze marketing data and performance metrics
· Contribute to marketing plans and discussions during daily and weekly meetings
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events from concept to completion
· Support daily marketing operations including scheduling, content coordination, and reporting
· Manage timelines to ensure all deliverables align with marketing goals and deadlines
· Coordinate with vendors and maintain marketing materials and inventory
· Act as the main link between warehouse, marketing, and graphics teams to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery
· Collaborate with the graphics team to design and provide creative input on promotional materials such as flyers, t-shirts, banners, and social media content
· Align digital and field marketing to maintain consistent messaging and brand representation
· Lead weekly team check-ins to track progress, address challenges, and ensure campaign alignment
· Develop marketing calendars and detailed campaign rollout plans
· Support social media content planning, posting, and audience engagement
· Maintain brand consistency and ensure quality across all marketing channels and materials
· Review and proofread content for accuracy and alignment before final approval
· Travel to various locations within Florida and occasionally out of state to support company marketing events
· Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Candidates with an associate degree and two or more years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
· One to three years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
· Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing strategies
· Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Teams, Asana, Jira, or MS Project
· Hands-on experience with design and content tools including Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
· Familiar with major social media platforms and best practices for online engagement
· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· A proactive team player with a positive attitude and genuine passion for marketing and customer experience
