We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Wilmington, NC. The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and internal initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in brand messaging and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Manage marketing materials and coordinate the production of brochures, flyers, and print advertisements
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute marketing events, presentations, and branding efforts
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements
Maintain organized documentation of all marketing activities and project timelines
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting for marketing projects
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and within a team
