NexGen Medical Centers is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help drive patient growth and strengthen our partnerships across multiple clinic locations. If you love being out in the field, networking with providers, and bringing energy to events—we want to hear from you!

Become a key member of our growing team by helping us expand our reach through in-person marketing, partner outreach, and event coordination.

Position: Marketing Coordinator Location: On-site presence required, must be willing to travel in your assigned area. Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face outreach to local professionals and community organizations

Build and maintain relationships with external partners to support business growth and awareness

Represent NexGen Medical Centers at health fairs, community events, and networking mixers

Plan, coordinate, and attend marketing events such as lunch-and-learns and sponsorships

Deliver and manage promotional materials and marketing supplies

Log outreach activity and follow-ups into CRM or tracking systems

Act as the face of NexGen in the community, maintaining a professional and friendly presence

Travel locally between NexGen locations and partner offices (reliable transportation required)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

1–2 years of marketing, outreach, or community engagement experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Professional appearance and comfort speaking with providers and business owners

Self-starter who thrives in a field-based role

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Healthcare, medical marketing, or sales experience is a plus

Additional Skills and Attributes:

Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with others

Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills

Willingness to attend occasional after-hours events or community functions

Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset
