Marketing Coordinator – North America
Location: Chicago (Hybrid: 3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) Reports To: NA Product Marketing Manager
Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting Evolution Power Tools' core messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market execution. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, this individual will support the coordination of campaign activities across digital, retail, trade, social, and affiliate channels. Working closely with Sales, D2C, and other Marketing team members, the Marketing Coordinator will ensure that insights, tools, and materials are effectively activated throughout the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of executional rigor and creativity to support both campaign execution and new product development.
Campaign & Calendar Management
Manage the promotional calendar to align product launches and seasonal campaigns across all relevant channels.
Coordinate marketing activities across digital, retail, trade, social media, and affiliate platforms to support brand and product initiatives.
Campaign Execution
Assist in the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Including email, social media, and in-store promotions to ensure consistent messaging, timely rollout, and maximum audience reach.
Drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support product sales.
Content & Messaging Support
Create targeted marketing assets such as product one-pagers, sales decks, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
Deliver content that equips sales teams, enhances customer understanding, and strengthens go-to-market efforts.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital and retail campaigns.
Compile actionable insights and trend reports to refine future campaign strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
Competitive Intelligence
Support the Product Marketing Manager by gathering insights on competitor product features, pricing strategies, go-to-market tactics, and customer sentiment.
Use research to identify market gaps and trends that inform strategic decisions around new product development and positioning.
Budget & Vendor Management
Assist with tracking the marketing budget, processing vendor invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records for campaign-related expenses.
Ensure budget compliance, timely payments, and efficient coordination with external partners.
Qualifications
Experience:
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
. Graphic Design Experience is a PLUS.
Skills:
· Strong project coordination and organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel ), and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter).
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
· Creativity and initiative in developing engaging content and customer-focused messaging.
· A collaborative team player who communicates effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
· This is a full-time Hybrid role (Tues thru Thurs in-office, Mon and Fri Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
