We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Dallas. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong organizational skills who can manage marketing operations, coordinate projects, and ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. The successful candidate will support both strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives
Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports
Track performance metrics and compile analytics for campaign review
Support project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain brand consistency and messaging
Assist with organizing promotional events and trade shows
Manage communication with vendors and external partners as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or related role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or CRM platforms)
Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
