Job Description
DCS (DeAngelo Contracting Services) is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing digital and print marketing initiatives, overseeing company websites, and coordinating projects across multiple departments. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting the company’s long-term growth through strategic marketing planning.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in design and digital marketing, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities such as social media campaigns, print production, and budget tracking.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update websites for multiple DCS-owned companies, including developing new websites and collateral for newly acquired businesses.
Work with SEO partners to improve website visibility and performance.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Create, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on social media.
Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns (social media, digital ads, website traffic) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Write and edit content for social media, websites, newsletters, and corporate communications.
Design and produce marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Coordinate with print vendors, obtain quotes, manage costs, and oversee the production of printed materials.
Manage the department’s task management system to ensure deadlines are met across all projects.
Assist with managing marketing planning, budget tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to recommend new strategies and technologies.
Qualifications
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS platforms) and digital marketing practices.
Experience with social media management, paid ad creation, and campaign monitoring.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with budget tracking and vendor coordination (print and digital).
