    Responsibilities include:

    · Create engaging social media content aligned with our annual marketing calendar.

    · Support franchisees by setting up and managing social accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business).

    · Design and produce impactful marketing assets—presentation decks, print materials, social graphics, email campaigns, and paid ads.

    · Organize and maintain marketing resources across platforms like OneDrive, Gorilla Dash, and internal systems.

    · Present confidently in virtual and live settings, including Discovery Day Tours, webinars, and training sessions.

    · Assist our Marketing Board of Directors on various initiatives and administrative needs that may include billing notices, monthly meeting minutes and agendas, coordination of virtual and in-person meetings as needed, asset and toolkit creation.

    · Collaborate with leadership to deliver consistent, compelling brand communications.

    · Stay ahead of trends and share fresh ideas to keep our marketing strategies cutting-edge.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing or Business

    • OR 1-3 years' related experience and/or training

    • OR equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Communication and Customer Service skills – handling franchisee support calls, responding promptly to team and franchisee communications and delivering on needs.

    • Teamwork – Ability to thrive independently while collaborating with a remote team.

    • Knowledge of marketing tools like Meta Business Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.

    • Additional skills include experience with Microsoft365, AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT), CRM systems, email marketing, TikTok, video editing, and project management platforms like Asana.
