A highly respected, full-service Business Law Firm is seeking a high-impact Legal Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing & Business Development team in San Diego.
You will be a critical contributor to the firm’s strategy, directly supporting attorneys and firm leadership across a diverse range of marketing and business development operations.
Schedule: Hybrid, onsite 4x/wk
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will own and support key initiatives across three primary areas:
Business Development & Pitches:
- Play a key role in developing custom client pitch materials and proposals.
- Manage and track internal data related to firm deals, matters, and cases.
- Coordinate submissions for prominent legal awards, rankings, and directories.
Website Content & Digital Support:
- Maintain and update attorney bios, firm news, and service listings on the website.
- Draft, proofread, and edit compelling marketing copy for various digital platforms.
- Provide essential support for website management (experience with platforms like WordPress is a plus).
Marketing Operations & Administration:
- Coordinate logistics for firm-sponsored events, seminars, and speaking engagements.
- Manage the firm's inventory of branded promotional materials and merchandise.
- Handle vendor relations, invoice processing, and departmental financial tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred).
- Previous professional experience in a Marketing or Business Development support role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with marketing technology and project management tools (e.g., WordPress, Monday.com, or similar CMS/PM software) is a significant plus.
