We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the management team with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, and advertising strategies. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities • Attend community outreach events • Marketing vendor relations management, including communications, task requests/delegations, point of contact, coordination, and execution of video recording for social media • Find Sponsorship and partnership development (podcasts, interviews, etc.) • Foster relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals via calls and emails • SEO monthly meeting with ROI reports • Ensure the website is updated with the latest information on employees, backlinks, pictures, blogs, etc. • Send marketing reports by channel and calculate ROI monthly (3 times per quarter) • Monthly referral gifts • Manage marketing calendar, focusing on deadlines, due dates, reviews, etc. • Coordinate with the social media team to ensure success Qualifications: • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • Advanced knowledge of current market trends • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • Must be able to commute to the office 2-3 days per week • Must be able to travel to events Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 DOE
