    Job Description

    This Marketing Coordinator role will be responsible for overseeing omni-channel marketing activities, updating marketing calendars, and creating marketing materials. It also includes managing influencer campaigns, from sourcing to performance tracking, and supporting brand events. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with commercial teams and handling various tasks related to marketing operations.

    The Details

    Marketing Planning

    • Support the daily coordination of omni-channel marketing activity (site, paid social, experiential, CRM), ensuring timely delivery of assets and communicating reactive changes quickly and effectively

    • Update planning & marketing calendars to ensure a cohesive and aligned experience across channels

    • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and creative assets for channels including site/app, CRM and paid social

    • Collaborate with commercial teams to keep informed on global product and brand launches

    • Support on other tasks related to calendar planning, campaigns, creative and marketing operations (eg raising PO’s, sampling, project timelines)

    Influencer & events

    • Coordinate and support end-to-end influencer gifting and paid campaigns, including influencer sourcing, outreach and communication, order placement, content tracking, and reporting.
    • Assist in the development of briefs, schedules and deliverables for paid talent, providing input on content ideas in line with marketing objectives
    • Track and report on influencer posts and performance across platforms, compiling insights around impressions, engagement, ROAS and ROI
    • Assist with marketing initiatives and brand events, including pop-ups and activations
  • Qualifications

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
    • Experience in marketing, fashion marketing experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of and interest in influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
    • Familiarity with influencer management and analytics tools is a plus but not required
    • Content creation and design experience a plus
    • Highly organised, with strong project management skills and keen attention to detail
    • Able to use initiative to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
