Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all company marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and digital brand presence. This role owns the day-to-day marketing function and plays a key role in driving lead generation, brand consistency, and engagement across all platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized — someone who can plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives while keeping everything aligned with company goals.
Marketing Strategy & Coordination
Own and manage the marketing department’s day-to-day operations
Work with leadership to align marketing with business goals
Manage vendors as needed
Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials
Reporting & Optimization
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
Continuously optimize campaigns for performance and efficiency
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
Hands-on experience managing websites and social media platforms
Strong understanding of content creation, digital marketing, and brand consistency
Comfortable working independently and owning a department
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Preferred Skills
Basic SEO and analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, Search Console)
Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
