Valley Industries is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing team and help drive impactful marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing Valley Industries’ marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital channels, website management, and marketing materials. This position supports day-to-day marketing activities, coordinates content and assets, and assists with the development of marketing literature and tradeshow materials. The role is on-site and is based in our Bloomington office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update brand websites (WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify) with product content, images, and resources.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and marketing content across all digital platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns through social media scheduling, email execution, and content updates.
- Coordinate and maintain marketing literature, including sell sheets, product guides, and digital collateral.
- Assist with new product launches by managing website updates and marketing materials.
- Develop marketing materials for tradeshows and events, including signage and promotional items.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical marketing assets (photos, videos, design files).
- Track and report on website, email, and social performance; identify opportunities for improvement.
