  • Responsibilities

    The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of marketing initiatives to promote the company's brand, projects, and services. This role works closely with the Business Development and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely proposal submissions, and effective communication across all platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead in the development and coordination of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages
    • Maintain and update project sheets, resumes, and company information for use in bids and marketing efforts
    • Coordinate with the Preconstruction team to track upcoming bids, RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification opportunities
    • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and deadlines are met
    • Manage and update social media platforms with project updates, company news, and events
    • Develop and update website content, including occasional website design and page creation for projects and company initiatives
    • Coordinate photography, project highlights, and content creation for marketing use
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, community outreach initiatives, and industry networking opportunities
    • Coordinate and request recommendation letters, project testimonials, and references to support proposals and qualifications
    • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and outreach/tracking systems
    • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications
    • Support internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and company updates
    • Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to represent the company
    • Manage ordering and inventory of marketing materials and supplies to support events, proposals, and daily operations
    • Coordinate with vendors for the production and delivery of branded materials and supplies
    • Create and edit marketing videos to support project highlights, company branding, and social media engagement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
    • 1–3 years of marketing, administrative, or coordination experience (construction industry experience is a plus but not required)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
