    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting marketing strategies, executing brand awareness initiatives, and managing both digital and traditional marketing activities. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and measurable results.

    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with department leaders to develop and implement effective campaigns that drive engagement, strengthen the brand, and contribute to overall business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project & Campaign Management

    • Coordinate and execute marketing communication projects, campaigns, and collateral.

    • Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth implementation.

    • Track campaign performance, generate analytics reports, and present results to leadership.

    Content Development & Design

    • Partner with graphic designers and vendors to create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, and social media graphics.

    • Ensure all print and digital content aligns with brand standards.

    • Support website updates, content creation, and SEO optimization.

    Social Media & Email Marketing

    • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

    • Develop and execute email campaigns, tracking performance metrics and engagement.

    • Monitor social media analytics, audience growth, and content performance.

    Event & Trade Show Coordination

    • Organize and manage logistics for trade shows, expos, and company events.

    • Coordinate transportation, lodging, promotional materials, booth setup, and staff participation.

    Administrative & Reporting

    • Use CRM and project tracking tools (such as Zoho) to monitor updates, progress, and performance metrics.

    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities.

    • Track and reconcile marketing invoices and expenses.

    • Compile and analyze KPIs related to website traffic, social media performance, and ROI.

    • Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and follow-up initiatives.

    • Social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

    • CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, or Drupal).

    • Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

    • Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (Asana, Trello, or Zoho Projects).

    Salary info:

    $25 - $29 / hr
