Part-Time Marketing Coordinator — Residential Interior Design Studio
We are a well-established, award-recognized residential interior design studio with over 20 years in business, specializing in high-end custom homes and renovations. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our marketing initiatives across client outreach, partnerships, and brand visibility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level candidate or college student interested in marketing, design, real estate, or professional services who wants hands-on experience in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 10–20 hours per week) Location: In-Office w/ some flexibility Industry: Residential Interior Design / Architecture / Luxury Services
Key Responsibilities
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outreach channels • Support outreach efforts to architects, builders, and real estate partners • Help coordinate email campaigns and marketing communications • Manage social media posting schedules (Instagram + LinkedIn) • Assist with new homeowner outreach mailers and targeted campaigns • Help prepare printed marketing materials and partner kits • Support PR coordination with our external public relations partner • Assist with photography coordination, submissions, and award entries • Help plan and support small marketing events • Maintain marketing calendars and task tracking
• Manage all marketing points and NDG Branding • Keep Marketing Calendar on track • Coordinate with outside vendors (printers, photographers, designers)
Qualifications
• Interest in marketing, communications, design, real estate, or related field • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented and reliable • Comfortable managing checklists and deadlines • Basic familiarity with social media platforms • Willingness to learn and take direction • Positive, professional attitude
Preferred (Not Required)
• Marketing or communications coursework • Internship or campus marketing experience • Experience with social media scheduling tools • Basic email marketing platform familiarity • Current work in design, architecture, or real-estate is a plus
