We are a growing, brand-driven real estate company seeking a creative to design and implement our brand presence across all channels. This role is responsible for creating marketing materials from social to direct mail. We are in the process of rebranding & would love someone excited to join us on the Journey! This is a great opportunity to help launch the rebrand & implement systems that manage the marketing of our luxury listings. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on operator—someone who can set direction, manage priorities, and still roll up their sleeves when needed. Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required. Must have attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into polished, on-brand execution. Responsibilities: • Curate graphics and design marketing collateral for residential luxury listings • Oversee graphic design projects, including brochures, flyers, mailers, presentations, and other branded materials for brokerage agents • Direct video graphics and branding for listing videos • Update the WordPress website, including listing posts • Design and manage email marketing campaigns • Curate content such as property descriptions, marketing copy, brand messaging, and calls to action • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deadlines to ensure consistent, on-time delivery Qualifications: • Talent in luxury marketing & graphic design (real estate experience is helpful but not required) • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in brand identity, copy, visual presentation, and luxury aesthetics • InDesign/Adobe experience necessary • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $30 - $60 hourly DOE
