    Position: Marketing & Customer Experience Specialist (Full Time)

    What you'll do:

    Marketing & Brand Awareness (50%)

    Create and share content across social media to spotlight our work, team, and values

    Capture photos and videos of completed projects and behind-the-scenes moments

    Write and schedule email campaigns to engage current and prospective customers

    Support local versions of national marketing efforts

    Track and analyze engagement to improve our messaging

    Customer Experience & Sales Support (50%)

    Welcome walk-in clients and help guide them through project inquiries

    Answer phone calls and direct requests to the right team members

    Assist the sales team by preparing marketing collateral and project materials

    Learn about our products so you can answer basic questions and offer solutions

    Look for ways to make every customer interaction easy, fun, and helpful

    You’re a great fit if you:

    Recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

    Are enthusiastic, self-starting, and eager to learn on the job

    Are active and comfortable on social media platforms (bonus if you’ve used them professionally)

    Enjoy interacting with people in person and over the phone

    Are coachable, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Have strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

    Bonus skills (not required):

    Basic photography or design experience

    Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or email platforms like Mailchimp

    Interest in branding, signage, or visual communication
