    This job involves contacting position for six to nine months supporting the ENTERPRISE MARKETING AUTOMATION duties including these following responsibilities (but not limited to):

    • Assist in the design, development and execution of MARKETING TECHNOLOGY GOALS to offer the best in class digital marketing solutions.
    • Build and support in COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING CAPABILITIES, sell the vision and best practices and plans to the respective stakeholders and execute flawlessly. Conduct periodic prioritization meeting with stakeholders to ensure alignment with core goals.
    • Assist in managing the ENTERPRISE MARKETING LIFECYCLE using tools, insights, data, etc., to enable campaign managers running successful marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in exploring ground-breaking ideas and solutions adopted internally and externally to supplement the marketing capabilities that DRIVE THE CLIENT COMPANY AHEAD in the game.
    • Become PROACTIVE, RELIABLE AND VOCAL SPOKESPERSON for the marketing team of the enterprise and contribute in establishing thought leadership.
    • Build strong relations and bond close partnership among various teams including ENTERPRISE MARKETING, SALES OPERATIONS, IT TEAMS, CUSTOMER SERVICES to deliver seamless customer experience.
    • Contribute in OVERALL STRATEGIC BUSINESS GROWTH of the enterprise.
    • Become a key advisor for executive management team for INFLUENCING THE STRATEGIC DIRECTION of the business.

    The Marketing Technology & Operations team is at the cornerstone of enabling amazing experiences. The role will also play an significant role in enabling world-class marketing technologies and help achieve specific marketing business goals.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Possess knowledge in MARKETING FUNDAMENTALS, lifecycle, marketing mix and knowledge management.
    • Prior experience with SALESFORCE. marketing automation platforms e.g. MARKETO desired
    • Prior experience in ANALYTICS/INSIGHTS enablement, BIG DATA, DATA DRIVEN NURTURE a plus
    • Prior experience must include practical, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE in marketing/sales automation.
    • Efficiency in marketing practices, tactics and tools, specifically in DEMAND GENERATION.
    • 6-10+ years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE in sales/marketing enablement and marketing automation.
    • Knowledge and experience in implementing ADOBE MARKETING CLOUD PRODUCTS will be a huge plus
    • Excellent NEGOTIATING and change management skills.
    • Excellent influencing, consensus-building and CONFLICT RESOLUTION skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to BUILD, MANAGE, AND INFLUENCE direct reports and virtual teams.
    • Ability to demonstrate FUNCTIONAL DISCIPLINES/KNOWLEDGE
    • Ability to interface and contribute in effectively with SENIOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
    • Possess excellent operations skills with FINANCIAL/BUSINESS ACUMEN and strategic mindset.

    EDUCATION

    • The candidate must possess relevant both TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS DEGREES.
    • An MBA DEGREE is highly desirable.
