    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Contract position in the most sought after organization in Silicon Valley

    RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL TAKE:

    • Coordinate with business owners at the management level to rapidly evaluate and assess business needs, identify options, and define program objectives and scopes for specific business requirements

    • Build and manage meticulous project or program plans taking account of all business requirements, resources, deliverables, and constraints associated to the stipulated core objective

    • Perform successful execution of initiatives to make sure milestones and goals are achieved. Also ensure that the quality of the campaigns and perfectly aligned with the scope, schedule and budget.

    • Create structure and processes necessary to prevent compromise on the execution of the plan, customers’ needs, product requirements or team potential.

    • Work and team up within a highly matrixed, global organization and with diverse cross-functional teams outside the organization to execute the campaign plan.

    • Build, combine, organize, and communicate campaign programs and project updates with internal stakeholders, customers, and extended teams.

    • Liaise with technical and non-technical audiences across geographies to communicate and make sure the programs are aligned to business objectives.

    • Address major issues and changes that may affect business results.

    • Aid in leveraging best practices of change management to make sure adoption of strategic initiatives is successful.

    • Efficiently manage risk, coordinating with colleagues to make sure the appropriate decisions are made at the right time, to ensure appropriate communication, and plans are intelligently managed to impact necessary changes in business requirements and objectives.

    • Transform technical team documentation into process-based user documentation and process enablement materials.

    • Aid Product Owners of the project in managing time and prioritizing campaign processes. You need to make sure that reminders of deliverables are articulated in right time and help in executing deliverables when needed.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES TO SUCCEED:

    • 5-7 years of demonstrated project and program management experience. Certification in PMP® or PgMP® is a plus.

    • Prior experience working in any Enterprise B2B environment with a in-depth knowledge in Marketing practices, process automation and Marketing Technology in operation excellence.

    • Proven prior experience in business fluctuations management and process enablement.

    • Must be a self-starter who will thrive in the face of challenge, relentlessly addressing and resolving obstacles with creative and resource-driven approach in troubleshooting.

    • Proven capability to work effectively in new projects with thorough guidance.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences and clear communication abilities of individual contributors in management.

    • Proven prior experience in advocating and presenting programs to key customers and/or stakeholders.

    • Minute attention to details, balanced approaches and ability to absorb and process large amounts of data to implement as required.

    • Take charge as a leader with focus on taking the right decisions for the business and leading team players through process implementation and change.

    • You should possess strong people management skills, proven ability to motivate and lead team without imposing authority or without a direct reporting relationship.

    • Exceptional skills in conflict management, negotiation, and problem solution. You should possess abilities to drive teams in successful resolution of issues.

    • Stay current and updated in all marketing communication technologies.

    • proven efficiency to work collaboratively and take leading role as a subject matter expert, within a positive and motivating team environment to meet business goals and stipulated measurement metrics.

    • You should be highly energetic and possess positive attitude with enthusiasm and wit to facilitate yourself in adapting to the fluctuating needs and goals of the business.

    • Must possess strong keenness for grasping new marketing technologies and efficient use of tools such as, project management applications, productivity tools etc., for implementation.

    • Possess great degree of flexibility and agility to work in shifts, manage tasks, & focus on key project decisions changes.

    • Should have Bachelors degree or equivalent.

    • In-depth understanding in Adobe products and efficient use of tools across diverse customer segments is desired.
