    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    The Marketing and Design Specialist at Jaeger UniTek is responsible for leading all marketing campaigns, strategy, and brand-building initiatives to grow the Jäger brand across diversified market segments. This role combines creative design expertise with strategic marketing execution to drive customer engagement, brand recognition, and new account growth. The specialist collaborates with internal teams such as Key Account Managers to identify and secure new target customers, supporting Jaeger-Unitek’s diversification strategy. Success in this role requires a high level of motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to position the brand effectively across RV, automotive, and industrial markets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress is essential.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Marketing & Promotional Strategy

    Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across RV, automotive, and industrial segments.

    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create targeted promotional strategies, including social media, print, trade shows, and white papers.

    Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for segment penetration and growth.

    Support Key Account Managers in identifying and securing new customers aligned with Jaeger-Unitek’s diversification strategy.

    Organize and manage the annual tradeshow calendar, including booth reservations, promotional material preparation, and coordination with certified installers.

    Book tradeshow participation and arrange travel accommodations for team members attending events.

    Ensure all tradeshow logistics are executed smoothly, including shipping of containers, setup coordination, and post-show follow-up.

    Graphic Design & Visual Branding

    Design and produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Dimension) and CanvaPro.

    Create visual assets for catalogs, tradeshow displays, packaging, social media, and internal communications.

    Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials, maintaining alignment with corporate identity standards.

    Manage photography, layout, and visual storytelling to support product launches and promotional efforts.

    Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate production of marketing collateral.

    Marketing Communications & Webpage Design

    Develop and lead internal and external communication to promote brand awareness and product education.

    Oversee website design and updates using WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand image and messaging.

    Coordinate technical briefings, product photography, and promotional content creation.

    Ensure timely and effective messaging through collaboration with external agencies and partners.

    Social Media Management & Analytics

    Manage and grow both Jaeger UniTek’s and Flip ‘N Seal’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

    Create and schedule engaging content (video and graphic) tailored to each platform, aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.

    Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and analyze trends to optimize content strategy.

    Use tools to streamline scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.

    Collaborate with interns, KAMs, and influencers to amplify reach and engagement.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences.

    Proven leadership ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive growth initiatives.

    Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and contribute across departments.

    Experience in building brand awareness and identifying new customer opportunities.

    Skilled in branded market communications including website content, print materials, and advertising.

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Advanced proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Dimension)

    Advanced proficiency in WordPress and Elementor

    Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

    Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners is a plus.

    Portfolio of past design and marketing work is highly suggested, though not required.
