Marketing Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for visual storytelling and brand consistency. The Marketing Designer will be responsible for designing layouts for marketing collateral—such as flyers, brochures, and digital assets—and managing social media content, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce visually engaging marketing materials including presentations, flyers, event signage, and email graphics.
Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, in alignment with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all messaging and design elements are on-brand and support business objectives.
Assist in the development of creative concepts for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Monitor engagement and performance of social media content, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Maintain and organize a library of digital assets including templates, logos, and past marketing materials.
Support internal communications and company-wide initiatives with branded materials and digital content.
Assist with other marketing duties as assigned, including coordination of events or vendor communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, design, or communications.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, including content scheduling and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.
Exposure to video editing or animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Canva Pro)
Interest in marketing analytics and social performance tracking
