    Job Title: Marketing Digital Media Specialist

    Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office

    Starting Salary: $23.73 - $26.10 (wage to commensurate with experience)

    As a Marketing Digital Media Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of our content creation efforts—photography, filming, editing, animating, and designing digital media that aligns with our strategic goals. From social media campaigns to internal culture videos, your work will help shape how Skyward connects with the world.

    What you’ll do:

    • Create high-quality digital content including video, animation, photography, and graphic design.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather insights and produce compelling media.
    • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to internal design standards.
    • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
    • Travel occasionally for conferences, sales meetings, and training events.

    What you’ll need:

    • A 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience in digital media, marketing, or related field.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
    • Experience with digital cameras, video editing software, and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication, organization, and proofreading skills.
    • A creative, analytical mindset with a passion for storytelling.
