We are a growing multi-location dental group with 6 offices and an in-house dental lab. Our focus is on advanced dentistry, high-value procedures, and delivering a premium patient experience. We are scaling with a strong emphasis on efficiency, accountability, and measurable results.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Director to act as the central link between our external marketing agency, internal office teams, and referral partners.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on execution, accountability, and growth. You will not be running ads directly, but you will be responsible for overseeing performance, coordinating internally, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into real production.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Oversight & Accountability
Serve as the primary point of contact with our Google Ads / marketing agency
Review campaign performance, budgets, and reports
Hold the agency accountable for:
Cost per lead
Cost per new patient
Return on investment (ROI)
Identify gaps and push for continuous improvement
Office Coordination & Conversion Optimization
Act as the link between marketing and each office location
Ensure proper handling of leads:
Phone answering quality
Scheduling efficiency
Follow-up systems
Work closely with office managers and treatment coordinators to improve:
Lead-to-patient conversion
Case acceptance
Align marketing efforts with each office’s capacity and goals
Growth, Networking & Partnerships
Build relationships with:
Local businesses
Medical professionals
Community partners
Develop referral channels that generate consistent patient flow
Identify and execute local growth opportunities focused on high-value treatments
Data Tracking & Reporting
Track and report on:
Lead volume and quality
Conversion rates
Cost per acquisition
Production from new patients
Provide clear, actionable insights (not just reports)
Use data to guide decisions and improve performance
Brand & Campaign Alignment
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all locations
Coordinate with the agency on campaigns for:
Implants
Full mouth rehabilitation
Cosmetic dentistry
Maintain a premium brand focus (not discount-driven marketing)
Qualifications
5–10 years of marketing, growth, or operations experience
Dental marketing experience strongly preferred
Candidates without dental experience must have proven success in high-ticket, elective services (cosmetic, aesthetics, implants, or similar cash-pay models)
Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies
Experience in multi-location businesses or DSOs preferred
Strong understanding of:
Lead generation (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Lead conversion systems (calls, scheduling, follow-up)
Ability to work cross-functionally with office teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Business development / networking experience is a plus
Data-driven with focus on measurable outcomes
