The Marketing Director will be the driving force behind our brand strategy, overseeing all marketing initiatives while guiding and mentoring our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a hands-on creative leader who can balance high-level strategy with tactical execution. You’ll be responsible for everything from campaign ideation to managing our brand identity, and you’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure marketing efforts directly fuel business growth. Responsibilities: Lead the Marketing Team: • Hire, train, and manage a growing department of designers, content creators, and marketing coordinators. Foster a high-performance, innovative culture. Shape Brand Identity Strategy: • Oversee all aspects of the company’s brand presence—visual identity, messaging, and overall positioning. Ensure everything we produce looks, feels, and sounds like us. Campaign Development Execution: • Plan, develop, and launch marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and print that drive measurable business results. Graphic Design Oversight (and Execution): • Review and approve all creative assets; be ready to jump in and design high-priority pieces when needed (social graphics, flyers, presentations, etc.). Marketing Operations: • Establish efficient workflows, project management systems, and reporting metrics to keep campaigns on track and the team aligned. Collaborate Across Departments: • Work closely with sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure marketing aligns with business priorities, from driving leads to supporting recruiting efforts. Trendspotting Innovation: • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, testing new strategies and tools to keep us competitive and cutting edge. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or a fast-paced service industry. • Proven success managing and growing a marketing team. • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing brand, social, and campaign work (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). • Experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, digital ads, print). • Data-driven mindset—you can interpret performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly. • Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills. • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
