Marketing Director

We are actively seeking a Marketing Director that will play a major role in driving this company to the next level and ensuring the success of the organization.

The Position: We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our fast-growing family-operated company.

• 90k-100k Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve marketing goals
• Overseeing a team of professionals to drive company sales and marketing objectives
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new team members
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including branding, product positioning, and market penetration. 
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify trends to inform marketing strategies and product development. 
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. 
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
• Strategic Leadership

Requirements:

• Monday – Thursday 7AM – 5:30PM (Flexible)
• Experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, etc.
• Track Record of Growing a Business
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management Abilities
• In Depth Knowledge of Manufacturing (Automotive, Steel, Metal, or Similar Industry) Preferred 
• Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Similar Industry 
• Experience leading a Marketing team
• Experience with Large Territories covering the entire US and Canada
