Moore Family Law Group is looking for a bold, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our growth and brand expansion. You’ll take the reins on everything from SEO to brand voice, lead gen to reputation management. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership • Build and drive a marketing and growth strategy aligned with business goals • Be the right hand to the COO for all things branding, campaigns, and QUALITY lead generation Digital Marketing • Own SEO, PPC, email funnels, lead gen, and web content • Use data to adjust and optimize across channels Brand Messaging • Refine our voice and visual identity • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms Reputation PR • Manage reviews, legal directories, media outreach, and award submissions • Make sure people are talking about us — and saying the right things Client Acquisition Retention • Drive qualified consultations that convert • Create campaigns that build trust and keep us top of mind Business Development Support • Create tools and materials for attorneys and leadership to grow referral networks • Help us convert leads into loyal clients Content Leadership • Oversee the creation of blogs, video, landing pages, newsletters, and educational content • Position our attorneys as go-to experts in Family Law Analytics Reporting • Track KPIs, report on results, and refine campaigns for performance • Manage marketing tech stack: CRM (e.g., WhatConverts), Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc. Team Leadership • This is a growth-focused role. As the firm grows, your team grows, you'll hire, manage, and mentor internal talent, freelancers, and vendors. Qualifications: • Ideally, 8+ years of marketing experience preferred, including 3–5 years in a leadership role • Experience in legal or other professional services is a strong plus • Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, and brand building • Strong B2C and referral-based B2B marketing knowledge • Great communicator, creative thinker, and results-driven operator • Proficiency with CRMs, analytics, ad platforms, and landing page tools Ambitious New Grad or Early-Career Marketer?
